Intake:

As a newly opening clinic we are excited to be meeting a lot of you for the first time!

Prior to your appointment you will need to complete a new client intake.

Options for providing this information will be the day of your appointment in person, or more easily we can e-mail you a link to complete this information at home prior to your appointment so we are most prepared when you arrive.

Part of the new client intake will be requesting medical records for your pet from any prior veterinarians..

If you do not reach our reception please leave a message and we will call you back promptly.

DROP OFF Appointment PROCEDURE

The day before we will send you a form to fill out and bring or email back to the clinic.

Please first check in at the reception desk so they can notify the technician that you have arrived.

The technician will ask you some questions about why your furry friend is at the clinic and how we can help.

The technician will then notify the doctor and in between appointments or surgeries the doctor will look at your pet and to the best of their ability contact you as soon as they can with findings and treatment options as well as a pick up time.

Please be aware that depending on what goes on in the day your pet could stay all day but please know that they will be provided comfy bedding and water (food if needed). Dogs will also be walked for potty breaks and cats will be provided with litter boxes.
